Hi!
In case you didn't read this week's article in The Beacon Hill Times and The Back Bay Sun, DeLuca's on Charles St. will be hosting a tasting of Haiku Luscious Cookies on Saturday, March 14, at 11 am. You are very welcome to come!
The cookies are made by Ricki Hellner from Connecticut, and are dedicated to her 8-yr old mustang Haiku that she saved when the horse was 17 month old.
Come and try delicious biscotti del limone, cherry almond, Tahitian vanilla bean, orange anise and maple cranberry pecan.
We'll see you there!

At DeLuca's we say that especially this time of year we should focus on our blessings. Things may be very gloomy about us but there is also much to celebrate.
Food, good food is an essential part of our character and a determinant of our mood. We believe that food is not simply a thing that fuels us, it carries the impressions of its journey from a one cell substance to a ready-to-eat product. Tropical fruit charge us with sunlight, bread - with the wind on the wheat field, tomatoes - with the zeal of the farmer that picked them. We can argue that food is sacred because it is part of God's creation and it deserves careful and conscious attitude. This is a good time to think about what we eat and how we eat at a deeper level. We are what we eat after all.
This Christmas DeLuca's is happy to cater to your appetites. We have a vast selection of entrees and sides, as well as entertainment items like party platters and hors d'oeuvres. You can pre-order our tenderloin roast (which is of exceptional quality), wines and spirits, decorations, gift-baskets and all sorts of goodies for your holiday celebration.
For details, specials and a full list of entrees proceed to our
Christmas Menu (opens on a new page). You can print it and fax your order to us (@ 617.523.0099), call it in or simply drop it off at the deli counter whenever it is convenient for you.
Sincerely, DeLuca’s.
